About Peter Bergdahl
Peter Bergdahl is a consultant, coach, published author, and founder of Expertum Consulting. At 61 years of age, he lived and worked full-time as a consultant in seven different countries over three continents. Peter's second home is in Japan, where he lived for seven years, working with projects, general management, and sales. Some smaller and medium sized projects and some projects with a budget of hundreds of millions of American dollars.
I sell both consulting services and products related to project management.
But enough with boring self-aggrandizement.
Allow me to be frank. Anyone can buy my products but my consulting services are not for everyone...
My goal is that my clients get massive improvements quickly, I have three criteria for who I do consulting with.
I only work personally with already established project professionals, so I won't be a good match if you're just starting out. Yes, there are some exceptions, but they are rare. However, if you're just starting out, I have some excellent courses for you to begin your journey.
My second criterion is that you are prepared and able to invest in professional coaching or consulting. This ensures we have the time and resources needed to create meaningful progress, driving the success you’re looking to achieve.
My third criterion is your willingness to dedicate time and energy to the project. Improving and scaling what we do together will be possible, but I can't offer you a "push-button" solution. You must roll up your sleeves and dedicate yourself while we create the system.
